Notary Embossers, Crimpers are made of metal and have a nice rubber grip handle. Notary Embosser Seals have been around since the late 1800's.
The Notary embosser uses two dies: one that is raised and one that is recessed in which they fit into each other so that when the paper is pressed between them, the raised die forces the paper stock into the recessed die and creates a crimped impression of words and graphics. The Wisconsin Notary Seal consists of only words, The notary recipients name, state of Wisconsin, and notary public as you can see the image to the left.
